James P. Mason says:
Do not waste your time. We made a simple inquiry on a home that was under contract. Jan Shattuck offered to look up listings that might be of interest, and we provided minimum criteria for a home.
Everything we got back was far below the minimums. She had not listened at all. We found a wonderful property, and after signing off on it, I notified Jan (as a courtesy) that we were no longer in the market.
Immediately, because she refused to even learn anything about me and mistook my company's name to be "Agent" (which it is not), Jan shot me a message suspecting me of using her to get information on listings and letting me know that "My time is worth $."
My advice: don't even make the call to Jan Shattuck. She can hardly work a computer, doesn't listen to a word you say, and let's her greedy paranoia take over the sales process. She knows nothing more than can be found on any major real estate site, other than property's contract status.
